1. Returns & Exchanges
- Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items that match your approved design cannot be returned except for defects or transit damage.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
